1. The admission fee and the subscription shall be as under unless otherwise revised by the Governing Body of the Society:

2. The organisation will provide ID Cards to all the members except volunteers. The volunteers will be benefited with certificates. The members of Executive and Corporate groups will be eligible for the election of the Governing Body. The corporate members will get the benefit of 25% discount in displaying their product/service/company during the programs of PaaLoNaa. All members will have the right to vote except Honorary Members and volunteers.

3. The Governing Body shall have the power to increase, decrease or vary the amount of annual subsciption from time to time. Additional subscription, in addition to the annual subscription referred to herein above, may be collected by the Governing body from Members for a general or specific purpose or project.

4. The decision fof Founder Trustees (at least TWO) will be final, if any dispute erupts.
